A wonderfully rustic 18th-century oak tea table with authentic character. This table features a three-plank tilting top and a birdcage, allowing the top to swivel for easy serving and storage. Raised on a solid gun barrel stem with a sturdy tripod base and classic pad feet, it embodies early craftsmanship and charm. A perfect addition to any period-inspired space.
Condition Report
The table has a couple of honest historic repairs, one to the top of the stem, before the birdcage, the other is a very old screw in the base. The latch mechanism has lost it's knob at some point, but still fully functional. Althogether, a solid characterful table.
