Vintage Chinese apothecary drawers and cabinet

Vintage counter top set of Chinese apothecary drawers and matching cupboard unit all finished with brass hardware and a attractive natural wood veneer, possibly Ash. 

There are 16 drawers in total, and the cupboard is compartmentalised with 3 sections - perfect for storing records. The back and internal walls of both units are covered in a Chinese paper with what I believe is a story in Chinese.

The unit is in excellent condition. Although two separate units, I belive the drawers have always been on top of the cupboard, as is evident from the fading where the drawers sit. A few minor marks, all commensurate with its age. Altogether, a great looking bank of drawers and cupboard.
