A refined William IV side chair with an elegant carved backrest and splat, standing on turned front legs with inverted tulip details and graceful rear sabre legs. Recently reupholstered in a fresh fabric somewhat reminiscent of the carved back splat - complete with a fire label, making it both stylish and practical for modern living.
Condition Report
This chair has been carefully restored and is in beautiful, clean condition. There are signs of historic woodworm to the rear seat rail - long since gone. A charming and characterful piece, ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
