Here at Swann Antiques, we welcome trade enquiries. If you are a trader and you see something you like, then please get in touch.
How to Buy
Since many of the items listed here are also listed on other platforms, and many of the items require different shipping methods, if you see anything you like please get in touch so we can confirm availability and shopping costs, etc. We accept the following payment methods.

Shipping Methods
Ideally, we'd love you to come and view any item that you like the look of and collect in person. However, we appreciate that this is not always possible...
The shipping we use depends on the item in question, but we generally use one of the following shipping providers:
ParcelForce - For small parcels
Courier - For larger pieces of furniture
We have a number of couriers that we use on a regular basis, and trust. When we need to ship to an area that is not covered by our own couriers, we generally use Shiply as our chosen courier directory service. We submit a shipping request and choose the courier who provides both a reasonable quote and also has a proven track record of excellent service. The shipping price stipulated on ads that require courier delivery is a guide price, the following outlines a rough guide to courier costs:
London: £50
The South: £40-60
The North: £55-75+
Scotland: £75+
If you have your own courier, please put them in touch with us to arrange collection.
Depending on which courier service we use, we generally prefer the buyer to pay the courier directly upon arrival of the goods - where possible. This enables us to provide the best possible price since we do not need to pay any transaction fees on the cost of delivery.
Local Delivery (Hampshire)
We can sometimes personally deliver larger items within Hampshire at cost - depending on availability. Please get in touch to discuss local delivery.
Returns Policy
We generally do not accept returns. If you do have an issue with any item purchased, then please do get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Your personal information is important to us. We promise that this data will never be used for marketing purposes - unless you sign up to our mailing list. Nor will this information be sold to a third party.
