A Victorian mahogany Pembroke table of good colour and proportion, raised on turned legs. The top is formed with twin drop leaves, with a single drawer to the front and a corresponding faux drawer to the reverse, both fitted with turned ebonised pulls.
A practical and adaptable form, suited to use as a small side or occasional table.
Condition Report
In excellent antique condition with wear commensurate with age. A mark to one leaf, visible in photographs but not prominent in use. The soft wood leaf supports have some historic but long gone evidence of woodworm. The legs show a slight, even bowing consistent with age; the table remains solid and usable.
The photographs form part of the condition report, so please review them carefully. Further images or a video viewing can be provided on request. Viewings are welcome at our Southampton unit, strictly by appointment.
