Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for customers who change their mind. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received and, where applicable, in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. The item must then be returned promptly and at the buyer’s expense.

Please note:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable once an item has been dispatched, as these costs are incurred at the time of shipping.

• A handling and processing deduction of up to 10% may be applied to cover non-recoverable transaction and administrative costs associated with the original sale.

• We reserve the right to make a deduction for any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.

 

Returns are not available for trade purchases or for sales where the price has been specially negotiated.

 

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photographs so the matter can be resolved promptly.

 

Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
