Shipping & Delivery Methods
Ideally, we’d love you to come and view any item in person and collect directly. However, we appreciate that this is not always possible.
The shipping method we use depends on the item in question, but we generally use one of the following:

ParcelForce/Royal Mail– for small parcels

Courier – for larger pieces of furniture
We work with a number of trusted couriers. Where coverage is not available, we use Shiply to source a courier with a proven record of excellent service.

If you have your own courier, please ask them to contact us directly to arrange collection.
Additional Delivery Information

Delivery timeframe: typically 5–15 working days (up to 20 for Scotland).

Standard delivery is ground-floor, door-step drop-off. If you require extra assistance, please inform us before purchase.

Most deliveries are handled by single-person couriers, so assistance may be required upon delivery.

Viewing and collection available by appointment in Southampton, Hampshire.

We do not currently ship outside mainland UK or to the Scottish Highlands for large items.
Local Delivery (Hampshire)
We can sometimes personally deliver larger items within Hampshire at cost, depending on availability. Please contact us to discuss.
Storage & Collection
Where collection or delivery is delayed at the buyer’s request, we may agree to store an item for up to one month free of charge, subject to available space.
After one calendar month, storage charges will apply:

£10 per calendar month for smaller items

£20 per calendar month for larger furniture items
Storage charges accrue monthly and remain payable whether or not the sale ultimately completes.
If a sale is cancelled after storage charges have accrued, any refund due will be reduced by:

The total storage charges incurred; and
-
A handling and processing deduction of up to 10% to cover non-recoverable transaction and administrative costs.
Some items may not be eligible for extended storage due to space limitations.
We reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item if collection or delivery arrangements are not agreed within a reasonable timeframe.
