Continental Bridge View – Attributed To S. Prout

A continental bridge view depicting Charles Bridge, Prague, executed in the style of Samuel Prout (1783–1852). The watercolour shows the architectural emphasis and lively urban observation associated with Prout’s work, and is signed with initials.

Presented in a white double mount within a giltwood frame, giving the piece a traditional and balanced presentation.

Very good condition, with minor chipping to one corner of the gilt frame.
