An early 20th-century Thonet-style bentwood armchair by Millar & Beatty Ltd of Dublin. The chair retains what appears to be its original olive-green velvety seat upholstery, offering both comfort and period character.

Well-proportioned and lightweight, this is a practical example of bentwood design with generous arms and a comfortable seating position.

 

Condition Report

In excellent antique condition with very minor wear consistent with age. The seat is comfortable and the structure is sound.

  • Collection is welcome from our Southampton unit, by appointment.

  • Delivery is usually completed within 5 to 15 working days; please allow a little longer for remote areas.

Our delivery service is normally handled by a single-person courier, so the driver may need assistance unloading your items. Please ensure someone is available to assist during the delivery window.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
