Larger items are usually delivered by one of our trusted furniture couriers. Where our existing courier network does not cover a particular area, we may arrange delivery through a specialist courier platform such as Shiply. Delivery is typically to the ground floor and doorstep only unless otherwise agreed in advance. Most deliveries are undertaken by a single-person courier, so assistance with unloading may occasionally be required. Please let us know before purchase if access is restricted or additional assistance will be needed.
