An antique Welsh spinning chair, likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century, decorated with restrained poker-work throughout. The narrow back features a carved Welsh dragon motif with additional poker-work detailing, paired with an octagonal seat.
The four legs are also poker-worked, with floral decoration to the front pair. A characterful regional chair that balances folk decoration with functional design.
