An early 19th-century oak flour or grain bin of coopered barrel form, bound with shaped wooden bands. The oak has developed a well-aged patination, and the interior remains notably clean.
A practical countryhouse form, originally intended for kitchen or pantry use, and now equally suited to storage or decorative placement.
