A Victorian mahogany pedestal tea table with good colour and a well-figured single plank top. The top tilts on its original mechanism and is supported by a turned baluster column and tripod base.
A straightforward and practical form, easily used as an occasional table when open or stored upright when not in use.
Condition Report
In excellent solid condition. The top has been refinished. There are a couple of minor historic repairs to the legs, all stable. The latch mechanism is missing its knob but functions correctly via the remaining plate.
The photographs form part of the condition report, so please review them carefully. Further images or a video viewing can be provided on request. Viewings are welcome at our Southampton unit, strictly by appointment.
