An elaborate early 20th-century walnut side table, likely Edwardian, featuring a shaped upper and lower tier with a well-scalloped outline. The table stands on four square cabriole legs, with a serpentine apron lightly carved with acanthus detailing.
The tops of the legs are further enhanced with applied mouldings reminiscent of classical swags. The quality of both timber and execution is immediately apparent, making this a decorative yet practical occasional table.
