I love finding pieces like this, they have a history all of their own. This beautifully carved and fluted mahogany plant or jardiniere stand, was once probably part of four poster bed but would have been converted to a stand when four posters fell from fashion. I can't even begin to imagine all the things this has seen.
Condition Report
The stand is in excellent condition with a couple of very minor marks to the top - all wear commensurate with its age.
