A fine Regency bow-fronted mahogany chest of four long drawers, showing a well-pronounced bow and particularly good colour. The chest retains its original hardware and features applied reeded mouldings to both the top and base, adding definition and refinement to the form.
Constructed with oak-lined drawers, this is a quality piece with good weight and presence, offering generous storage while maintaining elegant proportions on slender feet.
Condition Report
In excellent usable antique condition. There are historic veneer repairs, a split to the top that has been stabilised and waxed, and historic repairs to the feet. Drawers open and close freely. All wear is consistent with age, and the piece remains solid and serviceable.
